We have brought, built, renovated and sold many properties over twenty years.This has been through both recessions and high interest periods. We can advise on how you could sell your property – something an estate agent is reluctant to do. They are there primarily to negotiate between the vendor and the purchaser although they would like a quick sale. With the advent of the Home Information Pack, which all vendors will have to pay for, it will be essential that you will need to hasten your sale.

The Price

We visit your property at your convenience and conduct an assessment and advise you on how to stage your property. Our consultation last up to two hours where we improve your chances of a sale. The Independent advice and written report detailing the improvements which may improve the chances of a sale will cost only £50.
